Summer, Beach in Lanta Sand Resort & Spa
Lanta Sand is located right at the Long Beach, very close to Traveller Lane but still very quiet and peaceful. Lots of good restaurants and bars in the surroundings as well as the great hair dresser/barber Sabaidee Lanta Hair at the Funky Fish restaurant and of course plenty of massage places. Long Beach is still a very relaxed and easy-going area with old time vibes and atmosphere. Lanta Sand was just reopened, still some minor tasks to fix, SPA was not open, but not much to complain about. The pools were perfect for exercise, breakfast was good with a lot of choices, the bungalow was big and nice, bathroom big and clean. Staff is very friendly and supportive, made our stay excellent. Had booked for 7 seven days and extended with 6 more days, in all 13 days spend on a great location. Just some minor tips to hotel, would be good with a chair in the room to facilitate working at the desk instead of sitting in the bed, would be good with a luggage rack for the suitcases instead of having them on the desk, would be good to have a drying rack for wet clothes. All in all, we highly recommend Lanta Sand! We will be back! Thank you all at Lanta Sand for a splendid holiday!

Great location right on the best part of Long Beach. Sunset beach with stunning sunsets every day. Nice Villas with a small pool inside to cool down. Broad beds and good aircon. Breakfast always good with friendly waiters. Beach beds are always reserved by unfriendly guests without using it. So its hard to find a place there. Outside of the hotel at the beach you can find good fish restaurants and bars for a sundowner and good food.

It had an amazing swim up pool and the beach was amazing. The cleaners and the reception staff are lovely (especially the night time reception chap, named merry) All the staff are great. It’s also very clean. Great breakfast too. And honestly, the housekeepers are absolutely wonderful. They are a credit to your team. It’s a great hotel overall.
